after drafting this entry several times i decided to just wing it, which is what i am doing now.
i’ll probably just use this thing to bounce off ideas that i don’t have the nerve to bounce off people in real life – it’s not a diary. i know that much, kavi.
anyways, today was pretty low-key.
i had my early class (a writer’s introduction to research) which i actually attended for the second time this year. i’m doing just great with this whole acting studious thing. all things aside, i found out that my teacher is somehow related to stephen lewis. i still have to pick up his book race against time, part of the cbc’s massey lectures, but i can say that i consider him to be one of the most intelligent people in the world right now.
after that i came home and spent the remainder of the day crocheting mittens and playing solitaire. i watched little miss sunshine in segments throughout the afternoon and can safely say that it is now one of my favourite movies of all time. i know that there has been a lot of talk about this movie recently and the entire cast was on ellen a couple of days ago (i’m not sure if it was a re-run or not), but the film really stands up despite the presence of greg kinnear. during the pagaent scenes of the film i couldn’t help but relate to olive hoover; i was that awkward kid that never knew she was awkward but just danced to rick james (or elton john in my case) anyways.
h’okay. i’m out. i have forty pages about the glorious revolution to read and some lonelygirl forums to peruse.
schwing!
superfreak. superfreak.
